Maquette CUBATI
In the frame of GT3 "Technological transfer", the Consortium Ecodomus has the task to assign the realization of maquettes as built elements to demonstrate the tested materials during the project (Realization R.3.2). The maquettes are realized based on the project by UNIPA-DARCH and Ecodomus. To that end 2 public call are launched.
Maquette M1 "Panels and tiles of tested materials"
This maquette aims at demonstrating tested finishing materials, either approved and trials, and will be kept at the Tecnoteca of UNIPA-DARCH.
Maquette M2a "Solar chimney"
This maquette aims at demonstrating passive architecture solutions as examples for students, i.e., a solar chimney as a natural ventilation systems exploiting sun radiation, and will be kept at the Tecnoteca of UNIPA-DARCH.
Maquette M2c "Percorso solare"
This maquette aims at reproducing the sun path in Palermo to optimize building mock-up shape and orientation, and will be kept at the Tecnoteca of UNIPA-DARCH.
Maquette 3 "Totem of tested materials"
This maquette aims at demonstrating tested finishing materials and possible further developments during capitalization phase. Four copies are expected to be kept at the Tecnoteca of UNIPA-DARCH and ENAU and at labs of IEMEST and CITET, responsible of materials experimentation.
